Up Energy was set up by Alistair Pilcher and Simon Uden to provide a specialist energy assessment company in the Westcountry.  Based in Exeter, we are ideally located to serve the South West.  We will also consider work throughout the country and have recently undertaken assessments in London and the South East.

With 10 years experience between them working within the property development industry, Alistair and Simon have quickly strengthened existing business relationships with property professionals within the region.

Up Commercial Energy Assessors are qualified to ABBE Level 4 Diploma in non-domestic energy assessment, which covers approximately 95% of commercial property within the UK, as well as commercial BREEAM assessments.  As part of our accreditation, we regularly attend CPD events to ensure we stay up to date with current regulations and practice.

We use the latest, advanced modelling software to undertake the EPC and Part L SBEM calculations to ensure consistent, accurate results.

We are also qualified to undertake SAP / OCDEA calculations for design stage and newly built dwellings.
