BREEAM Assessments

BREEAM (BRE Environmental Assessment Method) is a widely used assessment method for buildings, setting standards for best practice in sustainable design. 

BREEAM addresses an array of environmental and sustainability issues.  Established criteria and a scoring system are used to allocate credits under a variety of different categories.  Credits are totalled to provide a final rating of either PASS, GOOD, VERY GOOD, EXCELLENT or OUTSTANDING.

Up Energy are qualified BREEAM assessors able to undertake BREEAM Office assessments, BREEAM Retail assessments and BREEAM Industrial assessments. 

We are currently in the process of extending our BREEAM assessment capabilities and welcome any enquiries for further building types that require assessment.

It is advisable to contact us as early in the design stage as is feasible.
