BREEAM - North Devon

North Devon Council's consultation period for it's 'Sustainable Design and Construction Guide - Draft' came to an end in November 2009. It has been strongly proposed that all commercial developments of 500 sqm or more will be required to achieve a minimum rating of BREEAM Good. North Devon Council currently requires a minimum BREEAM rating of Good for all commercial developments over 1000 sqm.
