We have a streamlined method for evaluating new buildings under the various BREEAM assessment schemes. This provides your Design Team with clear and concise guidance to obtain the BREEAM standard sought and, just as importantly, help to minimise your costs.

Up Energy can assist you in achieving your desired BREEAM rating as efficiently as possible.  We think it is vital to have the right team of people working towards the same goals; therefore we are also able to provide SBEM and EPC calculations as part of the BREEAM assessment package. The scores from a predicted EPC for a building can be crucial in providing valuable credits for a BREEAM rating, so having the same team provide the EPC/SBEM calculations as for the BREEAM assessment makes logical sense, as well as saving our clients time and money on the project.
