The life of a Commercial Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) can be up to 10 years, and a poor, hastily carried out survey can potentially reduce the value of the property to a buyer or lessee.

All of our Commercial Energy Performance Certificates come with a Recommendations Report tailored to the specific building being surveyed. The Report offers some practical considerations for reducing the buildings carbon dioxide emissions, an indication of the payback and ultimately how the rating of the EPC can be improved in the future.
