If the development has progressed to a later stage we can also provide the EPC (Energy Performance Certificate).

Our assessors have run successful calculations on a full range of commercial buildings, including: shell and core industrial units, university buildings, office blocks, community centres and timber framed cafe/diners.

As well as providing quick SBEM calculations for a last minute turn around, we can also provide a more detailed service, working with your design team to calculate and re-calculate different scenarios to suit your requirements and enable a more thorough, and ultimately cost effective, pass.
