Up Energy was set up by Alistair Pilcher and Simon Uden to provide a specialist energy assessment company in the South West. Based in Exeter, we are ideally located to serve the region. Our main areas of work are Devon, Cornwall and Somerset however, we have worked across the country including frequent trips to London. We’ve worked in Bristol, Leeds, Manchester, Cardiff, Birmingham and as far east as Kings Lynn!

Up Energy are qualified Level 3, 4 and 5 non-domestic energy assessors, which covers all commercial property within the UK from an EPC rating viewpoint. We undertook our training prior to the legislation coming into force and have carried out hundreds of assessments across a wide variety of buildings.
Since we formed Up Energy, we have gradually added further qualifications to enable us to offer additional energy efficiency services.
