What is BREEAM?
BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) is the world’s leading sustainability assessment method for masterplanning, infrastructure, and buildings. It sets the global benchmark for best practice in sustainable design, construction, and operation.
Using a rigorous scoring system, buildings are allocated credits across various categories, which are then totaled to provide a final rating ranging from Pass to Outstanding.

BREEAM Hea 04: Thermal Comfort & Modelling
Achieving indoor thermal comfort is essential for building occupant productivity, health, and well-being. Under the BREEAM framework, this requires detailed, software-driven analysis.
Our team specialises in the building physics and Dynamic Thermal Modelling required to secure the maximum available credits under Hea 04(formerly Hea 03 in older BREEAM versions).
