SAP Calculations (Part L1) – Residential Compliance
Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) calculations are the government-approved method for assessing the energy performance of residential buildings.

Simplified Building Energy Model (SBEM) calculations are used to analyse the energy consumption and carbon emissions of non-domestic (commercial) buildings.
